The Classic Bake
Minimum: 30 Meals - All items listed in this section are included in the meal price per person. Additional servings, protein substitutes, and sides can be added a la carte if desired.
Steamed Maine Lobster (1.25 lbs)
Fresh Maine lobster steamed over a wood-fired flame, served with drawn butter.
Steamed Clams (1/2 lb)
1/2 lb of freshly steamed clams, cooked over the open fire - the Traditional New England way!
Corn on the Cob
Sweet, buttery corn steamed to perfection, a classic summer favorite.
Red Potatoes (or Local In-Season Spuds)
Small Sweet Onions
Hard Boiled Egg
The Shore Dinner
Minimum: 10 Meals - All items listed in this section are included in the meal price per person. Additional servings, protein substitutes, and sides can be added a la carte if desired. These bakes are best suited for small groups, the meals are boiled as full meals outdoor in seafood boil style.

These Items are available as additional options to customize your bake! You will be billed the amount listed per serving requested of each a la carte menu item.
Fresh Garden Salad
Mixed greens, topped with fresh seasonal vegetables. Options of Zesty Italian, Ranch and French Dressing.
Clam Chowder Cup
Creamy New England clam chowder with tender clams, potatoes, and herbs.
Additional Lobster
Chicken Breast Dinner
Grilled Chicken with the same fixings as the lobster dinner.
Steak Dinner
12 oz. Sirloin Steak with the same fixings as the lobster meals.
Blueberry Cake
Homemade blueberry cake
Vegetarian Dinner
Risotto topped with roasted veggies.

Do you provide Tables and Chairs?Red Claw Lobster Bakes does not provide tables and chairs, however, we are happy to recommend some local vendors that offer this service if you are in the market for it!

Do you provide Bar Service and/or Alcohol?Unfortunately, we are are not able to provide this service, however, you are welcome to provide your own alcohol pursuant to your venue's rules and regulations. If you are looking for bar service, we are happy to recommend some other local vendors that provide this!

Do you handle trash removal?Our team will provide trash removal services for all waste resulting from the lobster bake.

Do you provide Table Linens?We do not currently offer linens as apart of our service. One option we recommend for guests is to purchase rolls of brown paper to make for a uniform look that also can be crumpled up into the trash at the end.

Do you provide dishes and serviceware?We provide leaf ware recycled and biodegradable plates made from palm fronds to enjoy your lobster bake! We also provide disposable cutlery, as well as table buckets and lobster crackers for guests to use during the bake.
